I'll dig through my old photo drive and see what I have and do a new post. It is a fairly simple design using cabinet-grade oak plywood and a few random scraps of exterior grade plywood I had on hand. The seat has been a great thing to have, and your little guy looks to be just the right age to really get into Big Dummy copiloting. We towed Paco a few hundred yards through the snow to our campsite, dug out the finest backcountry kitchen I have ever had the privilege of using, and lived like kings for a week skiing big mountain powder and dining on grilled sausage. Winter camping has never been the same.

The first Thanksgiving after Mrs. and I were married GSC towed Paco up our snowed in driveway to our little two room cabin and we deepfried a goose after a day of backcountry skiing. Needless to say Paco holds a very special place in my heart.

Andy those are barends on the v-racks Mrs. had some Ti bar-ends to match her Ti 29er, but hasn't used them in a few years. Little loves riding on the Dummy and had just been putting his feet on the "seat stays" but something lower and more stable seemed appropriate, and what bike geek doesn't like titanium accessories?

I've been curious about the backrest you have for yours. Is there an old DIY post about it somewhere that I've yet to find?bikewriderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15836168247120514287noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1755847555067683417.post-88805531934299372242013-03-08T20:43:41.652-08:002013-03-08T20:43:41.652-08:00This all looks like a lot of fun. Scout, my dog, by far prefers running with my Pugsley to boring old human-speed foot walking.

Are those bar-ends you used for foot pegs on your Dummy's v-racks? I did something similar on mine a few years ago when my daughter was a little smaller.
